The Owners Corporation Management industry (formerly Bodies Corporate) is not as complex as some are lead to believe and we are here to demistify the process to assist you to move forward. Issues affecting an Owners Corporation are many and varied and will continue to challenge Owners Corporation Committees, Managers and concerned individual Lot Owners.   • Assistance with your development Staffing.
  • Mentoring and support of In - House Staff including payroll support and reviews.

3. Contracts   

  • Resolutions to Onerous and non performing contracts, including Owners Corporation Manager Contracts, Service Contracts and Utilities.   
  • Practical experience can lead to the simple things like including a "performance clause". Most Owners Corporation and Facility Management contracts are written in terms of what you are going to get, but with no consequences if you don't "get it". The primary driver for strategicFM addressing contract issues is based upon experience with all manner of conflict experienced in Owners Corporation Management to date. Some caused by ignorance or the rush to get things done and some caused by questionable advice or downright poor service. There are good service providers out there, but I do think the time has come to empower the "OC" who ultimately foot the bill.

  • Conduct OH & S Building Safety Inspections. Resolve any identified issues in order to improve safety.
